10 Sessions focusing on trauma and generational trauma which can be causing emotional distress and blockages in relationships or your career. Trauma has been proven that it can be passed down in generations not only through parenting, but also through DNA. You can also inherited trapped imbalances/emotions through generations. More sessions are required when working with trauma and sometimes you may or may not feel an instant release. This is a healing process which takes time, effort and patience. I can help remove imbalances and emotions which could be causing blockages in your career or relationships as we can find the root emotions causing this, inner child work also needs to be worked on. We can discuss this during sessions. I will tailor my sessions to you and what you need.
